Who we are
Bright Stars Childcare is a Colorado Shines Level 4-rated early learning center in Aurora, CO, proudly serving families from Aurora, Denver, Centennial, and the surrounding communities. We care for children from 6 weeks old in our infant rooms, all the way through our preschool and pre-K classrooms, and offer after-school care for older kiddos too.
Our teachers aren't just caregivers — they're educators, mentors, and second-family members who genuinely love what they do. We believe that the early years are sacred, and that every child deserves a warm, safe, intellectually rich place to grow.
Why a blog? Why now?
Honestly? Because parents asked. Over the years, we've been asked the same wonderful questions hundreds of times: "When should we start potty training?" "How do I find a good daycare?" "What does CCAP actually cover?" "Is my child ready for kindergarten?"
Instead of answering one family at a time, we wanted to share what we know with everyone in our community — for free, with no strings attached. Our hope is that whether you ultimately enroll with us or not, you walk away from this blog feeling more confident, more informed, and a little less alone in the beautiful chaos of raising small humans in Colorado.
